Energetically connect the First and Sixth Chakra.

This video series shares practice of the 8 limbs of Patanjali concerning Hatha Yoga. We share the Yamas, Niyamas, Asana and Pranayama to gain practice of Pratyahara and Dharana. To eventually and spontaneously by consistent practice, experience Dhyana and Samadhi. You can find in this video series: 1. Yamas and Niyamas: Recommendations of these guidelines are given so we can consider them in order to live a highly moral life, and handle the given benefits and gifts of the practice. 2. Asana Practice: Practice along moving the body, breathing, and observing the mind while we move. The practice is designed to stimulate nerve routes, muscles, joints and energy to connect the first and sixth chakras. 3. Pranayama +Shoshuten: Practice a full Pranayama session to understand, feel and direct energy/Chi/Prana in your body and control it with the breath and focus (Pratyahara) in a practice named 'Shoshuten'. This practice energeticaly connects the first and sixth chakras, and uses ALL THE KOSHAS mentioned in the previous video series "Awaken Mastery". The practice of 'Shoshuten' (that variation); is the second 5 minutes technique which is a bit more elaborated, still, can be practiced in any moment and in any situation to calm your mind and body, regulate your energy and decide how to act.
In this video a talk concerning the Yamas and Niyamas given by Patanjali are discussed. These recommendations are given and shared so we can consider them in order to live a more loving, harmonious, peaceful, and virtue in our life. Also, these recommendations are given to grow as a human being and manage effectively; with grace and honor the gifts (i.e. benefits) given by the practice of what has been shared.
