At this session you can find: yamas, niyamas, prayanama and asana to get into Pratyahara. This practice considers nerves, muscles, joints, energy, and breathing so we start being aware of our internal energy and, start constructive subtle and gross brain and energetic connections between the first and sixth chakra.
