Sergio is an international Yoga and Mediation teacher (ERYT-250), known for using the nerve routes of the body to design its practice and instruction. Sergio's intention in sharing his practice is: to be a colleague and provide assistance for the ones who are interested in taking responsibility for themselves, and live under first experience.
